Imam Jafar Al-Sadiq (as) once said:
May Allah have mercy on he who revives our cause.

With every passing year, the message of the AhlulBayt (as) becomes ever more potent and relevant. With the sorrowful month of Muharram fast approaching, the AhlulBayt Islamic Mission is once again launching its Ashura Awareness Campaign to spread the message of Imam Hussain [as].

Ashura Awareness is a nationwide campaign to distribute Islamic literature to the general public. With around 40,000 leaflets in the pipeline, this year’s coverage is hoped to exceed all other years with many different bodies taking part around the country.

This project is solely dependant on the generous donations of those who support us and we wouldn’t be able to fulfil such a project without you, the donor. If you wish to donate to this worthwhile campaign, please click use the donate facility on the right of this page.

For those who wish to take part in our nationwide campaign, you need to get in touch with us fast. Tabligh packs are being prepared as you read this message - if you would like a pack, you will need to send a delegate from your body to pick up the material.

The importance of tabligh is a fundemental part of each and all. Just wanted to know if AIM follows through with an invitation to all to attend a follow up on the Awarness of Ashura Campaign......setting a day for all who after reading the literature are able to attend some sort of gathering where more information can be provided about the Ahlulbayt.......

Also perhaps a DVD can be made available to distrubute in regards to the message of Karbala that can be followed through with an invitation to all who want to learn more .

i really like the idea from just a thought (above)
- follow up: if we can't have an event but maybe put an email address for someone if they want to request a free copy of the dvd (eg the skies wept blood dvd, which we absocs or organisations or the msc can try and fund)

Aslamu alaykum my dear brothers and sisters..
I would like to start by thaking allah (swt) that he has guided us on the true path of Islam, and therefore the most important aspect of the message of Muharam and the marterdum of Imam Al-Husayan(as) is to amke the world and espacilly the western world to know about the message of Imam Husayan (As) as Imam al husayn did not die for the iraqi comunty or the iranian comunity or any other comunty but died for the sake of All Humanity being muslim and non muslim, and I think untill today many centers have not grasped this message until today and we have to come out and advise the people of what really Imam Alhusayn died for and that i am sure will move any human being who has a heart. I congradulate the brothers and sisters in this organisation (AIM) many allah (swt) bless them all on this work that they have done and would ask all the brothers where ever they are in the world to start a similar approch or even conatct the AIM members to provide with help in this matter. As i am sure you all agree this is the best way to comemorate the martydum of imam al husayn (As). jazakum allah alfa kayeer.
