The AhlulBayt Islamic Mission (AIM) is proud to present its latest tabligh
initiative in providing free Islamic literature with free delivery to households
in the United Kingdom. A long needed project for those interested in furthering
their Islamic education, this initiative is particularly aimed at those who find
Islamic literature to be largely inaccessible to them. It is hoped that through
such initiatives, we can help enhance general Islamic awareness within both
Muslim and non-Muslim communities.
We are currently offering 4 different titles of interest:
Islam & Religious
Pluralism by Shaheed Murtadha Mutahhari
Is Islam the only right path? Is it a single phenomena or are there multiple
paths leading to the same destination? What happens to non-Muslims who live a
righteous life and do not violate the rights of other people? Do they gain
salvation, and go to Paradise or not? These are some of the burning questions of
the modern era. As you will read yourself, this work expresses the prevailing
view of the Muslim theologians and philosophers that Islam is the only right
path. However, and more importantly, the reader is cautioned not to jump to the
conclusion that since Islam is the only right path, therefore all non-Muslims
will go to hell.
Guiding the Youth of the New Generation by Shaheed Murtadha Mutahhari
This book is the fruit of one of the many discourses of the distinguished
thinker and scholar Ayatollah Shaheed Mutahhari. Yet again, he conveys the dire
need to re-think how we address challenges posed in the modern era dominated by
Western culture and its attendant values. This is a continuation of his
life-long quest to bridge the gap that seems to separate the traditional
language of religion and the language of modernity. The consequence of such a
gap has given rise to misconceptions which have become 'concepts' such as that
of 'the generation gap'.
Discover Shia Islam

This book is a brief introduction to the main issues related to Islam in general
and Shi'i Islam in particular. It studies the origins of Shi'i Islam and its
sources and also studies the fundamental doctrines and main practices of Islam.
It ends with a brief account of the latest statistics about the present Muslim
population of the world along with a breakdown of religious affiliations of some
countries with a long history of Shi'i presence therein. This book represents a
sincere commitment to Islamic unity and is hoped to serve as a modest step
towards Muslim brotherhood.
Self Knowledge by Sheikh Mohammad Ali Shomali

quest of a lost treasure containing the most precious jewels of the creation.
The map which shows the way is to be found in the message of God for mankind, a
way which is also indicated by the internal compass in every heart. The journey
begins with an inquiry into the nature of the spirit and its virtues and vices,
and we are led to an understanding that man has the potential to be the
representative of God on earth. If we pay heed to our origin and present
conditions, and if we arrive at a sufficient understanding of our ultimate goal,
the kinds of knowledge that are obtained on the journey will help us to make
wise choices about the course our lives may take.
