During the Holy month of Ramadan, AIM launched its Ramadan Appeal for the second year running whereby we dedicated our fundraising to the emergency relief campaign of Al-Ayn Social Care Foundation for displaced Iraqi orphans and families.
Due to the Grace of Allah (swt) a total amount of £7,699.18 was raised.
The campaign witnessed donations and heartfelt messages from across the globe, all united for a common cause – helping those in need during Shahr Ramadan. Thanking all those that donated a spokesman for the Al-Ayn Foundation has said “through your generosity we will be able to ensure that the displaced orphans and their families will be provided with food, water and basic needs…. May Allah (swt) reward your deeds abundantly.”
We pray and beseech the Almighty that these donations are filled with barakah and bring a positive and lasting change to the lives of those in need in Iraq. And pray that all the donors are rewarded for their sincere intentions and efforts towards the Ummah during this Holy month insha’Allah.
We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all the donors for their contributions during this glorious month.
